The contractor consultation software, from tender to contract
Select your lots and your companies, send out the tender package, centralize the bids you receive and track each lot through to the contract — with no re-entry, from a 100% online platform.
Request accessWhy dedicated contractor consultation software?
Running a tender by email means juggling a pricing-schedule template in Excel, scattered documents, and a tracking spreadsheet that drifts out of sync at the first follow-up.
A dedicated consultation tool starts from the tender package you have already assembled, sends the pricing breakdown to the selected companies and keeps a record of every negotiation round in one place.
How it works
Three steps, a single entry:
- Choose the lots to consult and the recipient companies from your tracking list.
- Send the tender package by email, with the pricing breakdown generated from the take-off (one sheet per lot) attached or as a link.
- Centralize the bids you receive round after round: reply dates and amounts land in the tracking table.
What you get
- A consultation tracking table: companies, contacts, lots, revisions, sent and reply dates.
- A pricing breakdown generated from the take-off, ready for each consulted company to fill in.
- A history of sent packages and negotiation rounds, with the amounts received per lot.
- Lot and contract tracking: company, contact and formalisation (launched, in signature, signed, amendment).
From consultation to contract, with no re-entry
In BuildOS, consultation is not an isolated file: the take-off feeds the pricing breakdown, the schedule goes out for consultation, and the bids you receive feed the comparison and the budget directly. Enter it once — the data flows through every module.
The result: genuinely comparable bids, lot tracking that stays up to date, and a package that stays consistent from brief to site — through to the awarded company and the formalisation of its contract.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track several negotiation rounds?
Yes. Each company and each lot has its own negotiation rounds, with the reply date and the amount received. The sent history keeps a record of every consultation.
How do companies receive the tender package?
You select the lots and the companies, then send the tender package by email, with the pricing breakdown (in Excel, one sheet per lot) attached or as a link for each company to fill in.
Is lot and contract tracking included?
Yes. For each lot you track the company, the contact and the contract formalisation (launched, in signature, signed, amendment), in the same place as the consultation.
